About Wild VC
Wild VC (Wild Visual Communications Ltd.) is a B Corp-certified brand activation agency delivering dreaming up, designing and bringing to life brand moments across a range of industries from retail and events through to sports and corporates. We build solutions from the ground up—practical, sustainable, and ethically delivered as standard.
The role
At the heart of everything we do is our creative approach; unique creativity that helps to inspire our clients and their audience. This is your chance to be an integral part of that journey our customers get to experience.
We’re looking for someone who has experience in real world brand experiences of any scale, and loves to dream big. You will work as part of a studio pod (yourself, a dedicated 2D designer and a dedicated 3D designer) to create high impact campaigns, experiences and events for our clients. You will be on the frontline, taking briefs directly and generating concepts which your creative pod will help you realise.
Key responsibilities
-
Lead concept development from initial brief through to creative direction
-
Engage directly with clients to understand objectives, challenges and commercial context
-
Develop strong, distinctive ideas across brand experiences, campaigns, events and activation.
-
Present creative thinking clearly and persuasively to clients and internal teams including pulling together all presentation materials, including sketches.
-
Lead and coordinate a creative pod, allocating tasks and maintaining momentum across deliverables.
-
Contribute hands-on design support where needed to support the wider team.
-
Collaborate with account, operations and production teams to ensure ideas are deliverable in practice.
-
Ensure project proposals remain on schedule.
-
Maintain high creative standards, consistency and attention to detail throughout each project.
Skills & experience
-
Strong experience in a concept-led creative, design or art direction role within an agency or similar environment.
-
A proven ability to generate original ideas in response to client briefs.
-
Confidence working directly with clients and presenting creative work.
-
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects at once
-
Commercial awareness and a clear understanding of how to balance creativity with practical requirements.
-
A genuine interest in brand experience, events, retail, spatial design or activation.
Nice to haves
-
Experience working with a sustainable mindset and materials
-
Familiarity with tools like Scoro, Slack, and Google Workspace
-
Knowledge of SketchUp is not required, but is a bonus
Working style & location
-
Ideally situated in London & surrounding areas, but UK-based as a minimum. The role will be primarily remote/hybrid, with team working days in central London
-
Additional travel for site visits and installations as required, with travel and accommodation appropriately covered.
-
Normal working hours will be 9 am-5 pm.
What we offer
-
A key role in a growing B Corp delivering high-profile brand experiences
-
An opportunity to build a role and have a real voice in the direction of the business.
-
A practical, friendly team that values quality, clarity, and ethical delivery
Wage and benefits
-
The wage will be £30-35k
-
25 days holiday plus bank holidays.
-
Opportunities for remote working further afield, subject to working hours, including from other Wild locations outside the UK.
-
Company health insurance (via AXA) after 3 months.
-
Laptop and equipment provided.
-
Reasonable expenses (general and travel).
