About Wild VC
Wild VC (Wild Visual Communications Ltd.) is a B Corp-certified brand activation agency delivering dreaming up, designing and bringing to life brand moments across a range of industries from retail and events through to sports and corporates. We build solutions from the ground up—practical, sustainable, and ethically delivered as standard.
About you
Here at Wild we are a small, close-knit team that punches well above our weight. As such, to thrive here you will be proactive and tenacious, always willing to muck in and support your colleagues, safe in the knowledge that they will always be there to do the same for you. You’ll always be looking to learn, and grow, with a never-say-never attitude. Oh and did we mention ambitious? This role has a huge scope for growth as part of a key pillar to our business, and could give the applicant the chance to lead their own team/department both nationally and beyond in the future.
The role
We’re hiring a Project Delivery Lead to own end-to-end delivery of our projects—from supplier sourcing and costings through to on-site delivery and close-out. You’ll support and report direct to senior leadership, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, on budget, and to spec, while maintaining strong supplier relationships and high production standards.
Key responsibilities
-
Lead end-to-end project delivery across our physical experiences. This can range from small scale prints, through to multinational roll-outs and touring event experiences.
-
Own sourcing: identify, brief, compare, and appoint suppliers (print, fabrication, AV, logistics, staffing, venues, etc.). This will include maintaining and improving our sustainable and ethical standards.
-
Build quotations based on project briefs provided. You will be responsible for protecting and improving profitability across project delivery.
-
Own project timelines, including defining lead times, managing stakeholders and providing clear communication on statuses.
-
You will be managing multiple projects at once.
-
Produce scopes of work, production timelines, and delivery documentation (RAMS, method statements, schedules, tech specs as needed).
-
Coordinate logistics: shipping, customs support, site surveys, installation planning, and on-site delivery management.
-
Work closely as a team with the creative and account teams to create the perfect solutions for our clients. This also includes managing project change control - including communicating changes to client expectations in partnership with the account team.
-
Oversee suppliers on-site and ensure H&S compliance during build/install/derig.
-
Close out projects: snagging, learnings, supplier reviews, and final documentation.
What success looks like (first 3–6 months)
-
Projects consistently delivered on time and on/under budget with clean comms and minimal escalations.
-
Improved relationships with a clear group of reliable suppliers across key categories with clear benchmarks on cost/quality/sustainability
-
Stronger confidence in delivery documentation and input into repeatable processes that reduce bottlenecks
-
Improved visibility across timelines, risks, and resourcing
Skills & experience
-
Proven experience delivering physical projects (experiential, events, retail, exhibitions, pop-ups, or complex production)
-
Strong supplier sourcing/procurement experience and commercial negotiation skills
-
Confident managing budgets, schedules, and multiple workstreams simultaneously
-
Solid understanding of production workflows
-
Excellent stakeholder management—calm, clear, and proactive communicator
-
Comfortable working with creative teams and translating ideas into buildable plans
-
Highly organised, detail-driven, and solutions-focused
Nice to haves
-
Experience working with sustainable supply chains and impact reporting
-
Familiarity with tools like Scoro, Motion, Slack, Google Workspace and Notion
-
International delivery experience (EU/US) and customs/logistics coordination
-
Working knowledge of H&S for live environments (RAMS/method statements, site protocols)
Working style & location
-
Ideally situated in London & the South East, but UK-based as a minimum. The role will be primarily remote/hybrid, with team working days in central London or Sussex/Surrey
-
Additional travel for site visits and installs as required, with travel and accommodation covered appropriately.
-
Normal working hours will be 9am-5pm, but some out-of-hours work during installs/derigs may be required and time off in lieu will be given where appropriate.
