As a valuable member of our operations team, you will assist in creating moments that truly matter. Supporting our teams and clients with the sourcing of new and innovative solutions, improving the value-return of our supply chain and creating quotations for work required.

Responsibilities;

 

• Researching and building a broader network of suppliers that meet our operational requirements while matching our ethical and sustainable standards

• Improving value within our new and existing supply chain

• Creating ‘quick reference’ price matrixes where possible

• Tendering requirements for quotation

• Creating quotations and updating them when requested

• Liaising with the sales team to understand any briefs

• Liaising with the creative team to understand visual requirements of a project

• Liaising with the operations team to ensure solutions being recommended will work operationally

• Regularly updating the business on new solutions available within the market that could be used by our design team or during the sales process.

• Ensuring required margins are met at point of sale.

• Periodically reviewing the supply chain to ensure standards are being met, certificates on file are up to date and that suppliers are still fit for purpose.

• Qualifying new suppliers including all onboarding and in-person facility checks as required.

Requirements:

 

Technical skills:

• Proficiency in the Google Workspace suite of tools and Microsoft excel

• Computer literacy skills with an ability to learn new system (for instance our primary operating system for quotes, etc. is Scoro)

• An understanding of the general procurement process

• A sound mathematical understanding of financial figures related to procurement

 

Qualifications and experience:

• Experience of procurement within the creative and associated manufacturing industries. Please note anyone with limited experience in these areas may be considered, but the salary may be revised accordingly.

• Must be legally able to work in the UK without sponsorship or restriction.

• Full UK driving license
